Mentoring Moments,
Lasting Impacts

We are a team of dedicated mentors, educators, and role models driven by personal experience and a shared passion for unlocking young potential.

Why We Do This: Our Story

MM Mentoring was founded on a simple, powerful belief: every young mind has untapped potential, even when it is temporarily overshadowed by self-doubt or external challenges.

Jacob Marsh

"I recall my own struggles as a teenager, navigating education, identity, and family breakdown. I felt isolated and unsure of my potential. It was the guidance and support of a school rugby coach that gave me the confidence to realise my passion for sport and the determination to achieve my goals. After over a decade working in the care system, I wanted to create a service that goes against the norm—an environment where the best interests of young people are unwaveringly prioritised and non-negotiable."

"Behavioural issues, hyperactivity, and a lack of focus throughout school meant that succeeding was a constant uphill battle for me. After leaving school, I met Jacob. He mentored me on and off the rugby pitch, showing me the importance of hard work and giving me the skillset to advance. That profound impact encouraged me to work with children who need role models to help change their own lives for the better. Supporting the next generation to a healthier, happier life is a true passion of mine."
